Today I added the My Travel Maps page with places I’ve visited: countries, states, and national sites managed by nps.gov. I’m going to update this page each time I visit a new state or country.
I’m really happy that my family enjoys traveling. When we lived in Ukraine, we had a family tradition of visiting a new city or a new oblast every few months.
In the USA, over seven years (2019–2026), we’ve visited a lot of places. We flew to a new state when we had long summer or winter breaks. When we had 3–4 days of PTO in a row, we just drove. It’s not a problem for us to drive 2,000–3,000 miles in 3–4 days. Even when my son was 2–3 years old, it wasn’t a problem — he likes traveling.
In the near future, I want to visit Canada and Boston, MA. I hope to visit Boston in May this year. I want to visit Canada in winter — I really miss snow and cold weather.
In the long term, I want to fly to Japan and North South Korea.
