Today, October 26, Apple released macOS Golden Gate 27.2 and iOS 27.2. And finally, some really annoying bugs are gone!
I previously wrote about two issues that had been driving me crazy:
- macOS 27 Golden Gate Mission Control bugs — problems with switching between fullscreen apps, strange window behavior, and the disappearing Dock.
- Universal Clipboard only works one way between iOS 27 and macOS 27 — copying from my iPhone to my Mac simply didn’t work.
After installing the updates, both issues seem to be fixed!
Everything works as expected now. Mission Control behaves normally, switching between fullscreen apps works without glitches, and Universal Clipboard finally works in both directions.
Tested on my devices:
- MacBook Pro with Apple M2 Max
- iPhone 16 Pro
So far, everything works without any problems.
Hopefully, no more annoying bugs!
Let me know in the comments if this update fixed the Mission Control and Universal Clipboard issues for you, and what devices you’re using.
